Heavy Screw Conveyor

Heavy screw conveyors are mainly used for conveying dust, aggregate, filler, sands, admixtures, limes and concretes, etc., in cement plant, gypsum plant, lime plant and mining industry, or construction sites. They are more powerful than tubular screw conveyors, and are suitable for medium load and super heavy-duty load.
Our heavy screw conveyors consist of spiral blades, bearing components, gear reduction unit, motor and tube tank that is connected with flanges at the two ends. They are made by carbon steel, and the surface is processed through finish machining and powder coating. Thus, they are durable, and have stable performance and reliable quality.
