Shaftless Screw Conveyor

Shaftless screw conveyors have high working capacity and resistance against tangling materials, when compared to traditional screw conveyor. The U-form trough plates can be longitudinally divided, and are made by carbon steel or 304L/ 316L stainless steel, having an appropriate surface treatment. Bearing components are connected with spiral through flange shaft sleeve. The liner can be inserted into the lower part trough plate having a wider cross section than the side channel. Materials can be loaded into trough directly, and are conveyed by a heavy-duty spiral blade.
Our shaftless screw conveyors are used to convey sludge, creamy or pasty materials, food residue, urban solid waste, and the waste produced in processing meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, in wastewater treatment, the sugar industry, fishing industry, solid waste disposal, fruit and vegetable processing plants, beverage industry, paper industry, chemical industry, general food industry, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, restaurants, cafeterias and public restaurants, etc.

3. Enclosed trough avoid the leak of materials, and the capping with suitable liner results in no air ventilation, thus, the peculiar smell in trough do no harm to operator.
