1. The concrete equipment can be assembled in 5 days and disassembled in 2 days. It is easy to be transferred to different construction sites. Meanwhile, it has high productivity.
2. Simple assemble
Our mobile asphalt concrete plant can be installed on any stable and hard ground. This asphalt concrete mixing plant can be simply assembled relying on a 20ton hoist and some ancillary equipment. However, there is no need of any cutting and welding tools. Additionally, each independent unit can be fixed by bolts and cables are connected by plugs.

1. Control system
(1) The PC control system employs SIEMENS's PLC, so our mobile asphalt mixing plant is easy to operate. The control of all important equipment units can be realized through the control panel.
(2) Our mobile asphalt concrete plant is designed with a monitor to record production data like material quantity, temperature, hourly productivity, daily productivity, and monthly productivity, and more. Meanwhile, production data can also be printed.
(3) This mobile asphalt concrete plant is designed with auto alarming system. Thus, operators can detect machinery fault timely.
(4) Switchboard
Equipped with reliable electronic elements, our asphalt concrete mixing plant has a longer service life.
High power motors are equipped with soft starters to prevent decreasing of staring voltage.
Circuit lines are rationally arranged, thus offering convenient fault-detection.
2. Mixing system
Designed based on advanced European technology, our mobile asphalt concrete plant has a strong mixing power.
Scientifically designed mixing arms and mixing blades guarantees a uniform mixing.
The mixing arms, blades and liners are made by wear-resistant alloy, which provides our asphalt concrete mixing plant with a long service life.
Oversized discharging gate guarantees a high speed discharging, which greatly improves production efficiency.
3. Weighting system
(1) Our mobile asphalt concrete plant is designed with suspended type electronic sensors to guarantee a high precision weighting.
(2) Designed with rationally arranged electric circuits and air piping, the weighting system is easy to maintain.
(3) Weighing system for powder materials is designed with butterfly valves, thus ensuring a high speed and high precision performance.
(4) Asphalt weighing system is designed with an electrical heating device and a suction pump. The electrical heating device offers easier temperature control and is easy to clean. The suction pump further guarantees high weighing precision and improves mixing speed.
4. Aggregate heating system
(1) Dryer
A dryer designed with a burning machine is equipped in our mobile asphalt concrete plant. The high quality boiler plate provides our dryer with a long service life, superior heat insulating performance, low energy loss and fuel consumption, etc.
Additionally, the burning machine of our asphalt concrete plant is designed with nozzles. Thus liquid fuels can be fed into the burner by mist spraying. This can greatly improve combustion efficiency and help reduce fuel consumption. Diesel oil, heavy oil and residual oil, etc. can all be used as fuels.
(2) Asphalt heating
Relying on multiple heating plates, asphalt materials can be heated in a short period of time. The heating device has a high heating efficiency and high performance, while the operating and maintenance cost is quite low.
5. Dust collection system
(1) Our mobile asphalt concrete plant is equipped with a cyclonic dust collector. Only fine dusts are collected by our dust collector, thus preventing damages to cloth bags.
(2) Additionally, our mobile asphalt concrete plant is designed with a screw conveyor to deal with recycled large particles.
To reduce production cost and reduce material waste, usable large particles are recycled and fed into hot aggregate silos.
(3) Cloth bag filter
High quality cloth bag, large filtering area and strong suction force provides our mobile asphalt concrete plant with good dust filtering performance.
Meanwhile, the filtering system of our asphalt concrete mixing plant is also designed with several plates, thus dusts can be uniformly distributed to cloth bags.
Furthermore, our mobile asphalt concrete plant is also designed with high power exhaust fans to remove dusts in dryers, vibrating screens, and the mixer.
6. Aggregate screening
The vibrating screen has good screening performance and is easy to be maintained quickly. And hot elevator has stable and durable structure, reliable performance and long life-span. Also, hot aggregate silo has large volume, and silo liner is made of alloy steel which ensures a long life-span.
7. Material feeding
(1) Cold aggregate silo employs thick steel plates which guarantees a long service life. The silo structure is firm and stable due to its H-type supporting frame.
(2) Belt feeder
By using variable frequency controller, belt feeder can control material flow accurately.
(3) Asphalt tank
Asbestos is adopted as the insulation layer of our asphalt tanks. So, the asphalt tank of our mobile asphalt concrete plant is environmentally friendly and characterized by superior thermal insulation properties.
(4) Asphalt supply pump
Our mobile asphalt concrete plant is equipped with gear pumps for asphalt supply. In addition, the asphalt supplying pipelines are designed with outer tubes which contain heat oil and coated with an asbestos thermal insulation layer.
