10. Good operation environment:
10.1 Gravity dedusting system, cloth bag dust collector system, mixing tower negative pressure dustproof design are all available in our asphalt mixing plant.
10.2 Suitable for the unstable dust content of aggregates, the whole dedusting system enjoys strong adaptability and long using life (bag cloth). Du Pont cloth bag is applied to reach the European's dedusting standard.

13.1Computer controlled system
Computer acts as the human computer conversation of the whole system, it mainly achieves the control commands operation of real time monitoring(including dynamic display of production materials, real time data, batch, valve display), data management (user privilege management), recipe management, production management(production data, control parameter, ingredient data), production report(daily and comprehensive), production record management and record production data, inquiry and print reports. Computer control system mainly includes computer, display device, UPS, printer and port card.
13.2 Heavy-current device
Germany heavy-current device cabinet is equipped to ensure high disturbance-resistance. Air circuit breaker, contactor, thermorelay, transducer, transformer terminal and other components are installed in heavy-current device cabinet.
13.3 Operation platform
Our company adopts human design. Computer, displayer, control panel and printer etc. are all installed on the panel of the main frame; and all the buttons are installed on the stainless panel of the control panel.
