1. Concrete mixing
Double spiral mixer
So the concrete mixing plant is suitable for mixing concrete with wide range of mixture ratio. Workability is best when it is used to mix high-grade concrete. This mixing plant enjoys 20% higher efficiency and saves 15% energy more than common mixing plant.

Slump monitoring system
It is used to monitor mixing process in order to control the concrete slump.

Telescopic discharge hopper
Effectively prevent concrete spraying while loading and unloading.

Water pumps system
Rational design of waterway system, easy connection.

Apparatus cabinet
Embedded type; installed and tested in the factory.

2. Transitional system
High pressure rotational cleaning device
Automatic rotary spray head can help clean most of the mortar, manual cleaning strength is largely reduced. Cleaning efficiency: 95%

Gas circuit system
All components of the system are assembled in our factory; socket connection is adopted while they are carried to the work site.

3. Measurement system
Dust-collecting system
Impulse-type cloth bag is adopted to remove dusts, large area and efficient.
