Technical advantages
Stirring system
1. Our concrete batch plant is equipped with a twin-shaft mixer, which can ensure even mixture of concrete and large output. It has powerful mixing ability so that can mix stem rigid, semi rigid, even plastic concrete uniformly.
2. The mixing arms of this concrete equipment are designed to be multi-angle, and mixing blades are designed to be groove and diagonal form. The uniquely designed mixing arms and special mixing blades can greatly improve mixing uniformity and reduce the mixing time.
3. The mixing arms and mixing blades use bolt connection that is reliable. So, our concrete batching plant is easy to maintain and replace.
4. To better serve our customers, we offer five-year warranty for the transmission parts of our concrete batch plant.
5. The mixing shafts are driven by two heavy-duty motors, and Concrete Batch Plant's twin shafts are in synchronous rotation due to elastic coupling.
6. Four shaft-ends are equipped with automatic sealing units, and each shaft-end has three automatic oiling points to ensure perfect sealing.
7. In the operating room, there is an alarming system for monitoring concrete batch plant's operation condition. The system can automatically detect reduction gearbox oil, temperature, discharge pump oil, and sealing pressure, etc.
8. Our concrete batch plant is designed with an oversized discharge gate which can be opened to wide range of angles. Additionally, this hydraulically controlled discharging gate features low noise.
9. The mixer liners and blades of our concrete batch plant are made from high-chromium wearing-resisting cast iron, so they are durable.

Control System
1. The control system of our concrete batch plant is designed in modular structure, that is, it is composed of many independent control units. There are signal contacts among control units, but there isn't interference among each other. This control system greatly improves the performance reliability and stability of our concrete batch plant.
Meanwhile, as all units are independent and clear, this system is simple and easy to understand and convenient for us to analysis, judge, find and deal with the fault.
Relying on this system, our concrete batch plant can realize either fully automatic and semi-auto production, or manual operation.
2. Main parameters and functions of the control system
(1) The control system of our concrete mixing plant is designed with voltage stabilization system and low-voltage protection function. It operates stably under subzero10-50 centigrade, supply voltage fluctuation within 10% and the humidity less than 90%.
(2) The electronic scale for weighing sand: static accuracy error within 0.5% and dynamic accuracy error within 2%.
(3) The electronic scale of our concrete batch plant has the function of automatic zero adjusting. It can set zero automatically when hopper has small amount of adhesive. However, when the amount of adhesive is more than 2% of set value, the control system will give a sign and alarm.
(4) Relying on this control system, our concrete batch plant can preset 10 formulas once and 200 formulas can be stored.
(5) The control system will alarm when measurement fluctuation is in 3%-20%, and will stop our concrete batching plant while measurement fluctuation is over 20%.
(6) Fault self-diagnosis and the machinery faults will be displayed on a screen.
(7) The computer can make the dynamic simulation of the whole production process, and show it on display.
(8) Our concrete batch plant is designed with production management function, so a whole year's production data of this concrete batching plant can be stored. Meanwhile, it is designed with production data search function. Daily reports, monthly reports, and yearly reports can all be printed.
(9) The material amount in each silo can be displayed.

Measurement system
Aggregate weighting system can finish weighing of four types of aggregates respectively, at a stroke.
Our concrete batch plant is designed with three types of weighting system configuration for your option, that is, semi-underground, aboveground and underground.
The weighing system of our concrete batching machinery is primarily composed of weighting systems respectively for cement, water, liquid additives, and powder additives. The measurement accuracy error is within 1%.

Lubrication system and other descriptions
1. Each group of mixer blades can be adjusted and changed after wearing, thus providing a longer service life.
2. The mixer liners, arms and blades of our concrete batch plant are all made by high hardness, high toughness and wear-resistant alloy.
3. The lubrication system of our concrete batch plant is designed with advanced central lubrication system. This dual line lubrication system provides our shaft sealing devices and bearings with perfect lubrication. Low lubrication-oil level indicator is available. Additionally, computer controlled intermittent lubricating mode guarantees lowest lubrication oil consumption.

Specific measures for environmental protection
1. Low noise
(1) Our concrete batch plant is designed based on the Germany KABAG techniques. Belt driven, gear reduction unit and hydraulically controlled discharging system guarantees a low operation noise of our concrete batch plant.
(2) The screw conveyor is manufactured based on advanced techniques from Italy. So, there is no dust pollution and the noise level is lower than 80dB.

2. No dust pollution
(1) Our concrete batch plant is designed with an automatic dust removing system which can effectively prevent dust entering into surrounding environment.
(2) Angled belt conveyor is designed with a protection cover to prevent dust flying away and an isolation board to prevent sand stone falling down.
(3) While discharging cements from weighting system to the mixer, Italy WAM pneumatic butterfly valves are available for preventing dust pollution.
(4) Silo dust collector adopts cassette filter that can be cleaned up independently.
(5) The encapsulation on mixer not only makes our concrete batch plant neat and beautiful in appearance, but also sets up barriers for noise and dust.
